How does Everlly personalize the wedding plan?
A guided planning profile learns your wedding stage, priorities, budget, guest needs, style, decision preferences, and vendor progress. Everlly uses that context to create relevant tasks and give wedding-aware guidance instead of a generic checklist.
How does seating planning work?
Everlly can automatically assign guests to existing venue tables and keep the arrangement editable. You can also upload a venue floor-plan image for AI table extraction, then review capacities, positions, and every guest assignment before saving.
Can couples discover vendors in Everlly?
Yes. The Everlly vendor marketplace is in beta: you can browse vendor profiles, filter options, review details, and send contact requests. Everlly doesn't choose or book vendors for you. You decide, and Everlly helps you compare options and keep track.
Can Everlly manage wedding RSVPs?
Yes. Couples can organize their guest list, track responses and guest details, and use eligible WhatsApp and email invitation workflows. AI phone follow-up for non-responders is a beta capability for eligible accounts with call credits.
Is Everlly available in Hebrew?
Yes. Everlly supports English and Hebrew, including right-to-left interface support for Hebrew.

Will Everlly's AI change things or message our guests on its own?
No. The AI suggests next steps and can help with supported actions, like adding a task or updating a guest, but important changes wait for your confirmation. Invitations are reviewed by the Everlly team before they reach your guests.
What happens to our guests' details?
Everlly uses guest details only to run your planning and send the invitations you ask it to send. Guest data is never sold or used for advertising, it is stored encrypted, and you can ask for access, export or deletion at privacy@everlly.ai.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests reply in WhatsApp with a tap, or through a personal RSVP link that opens in any browser. No app and no account.
Is there an Everlly app for iPhone or Android?
Everlly is a wedding planning web app that works in any phone or computer browser. There is no native iPhone or Android app to download.
